Platte Valley Percherons
Labradors
We have
decided not to breed Nellie and Rock again. She and Rock
have had 4 litters
totaling 31 healthy puppies living with satisfied owners.
She has done her part and will be a companion and hunting dog
for the rest of her days.
Thank You
to everyone who has purchased pups from us and shared their many
happy hunting and companion stories with us. Please keep
the stories and pictures coming so we can continue to update our
website. We wish you and your pups all the best of health
and happiness.

A Sad
Update for us here at Platte Valley, on January 11th
2005, Rock was unable to overcome an illness he
had bravely fought for almost a month. On this
cold January evening Rock was surrounded by his owner
Linda, and the clinic staff that had tried so hard to
save him. He then quietly crossed the Rainbow
Bridge. He was a great dog, a wonderful sire and
his offspring are keeping up his legacy of being both
top hunting and companion animals.

why you would want to look at the big dogs, but if you

I wanna go this way, no, THIS
way...
Both
Nellie and Rock have numerous field trial champions on both top
and bottom. These dogs are bred to hunt, and be your best
friend.
These
are athletic, intelligent dogs with lots of potential. These
pups are not raised in a kennel, making chores a REAL
chore! How many pups can you pile on a manure
fork? So far, 4! The pups are out and around the farm
whenever we are home and in a foaling stall while we
are not home. As you can see from the pictures they are well
adjusted, friendly and full of life.
